Heather Burmester

With more than 13 years of project management experience, Heather is a composed team lead who loves creating a balance between efficiency and empathy. She finds joy in collaborating with team members and clients to create elegant solutions. At Savas, Heather leads the Project Management team and client relationships. Prior to joining Savas, Heather spent five years at Viget leading projects for Rotary International, The Human Rights Campaign, UCLA, Educause, The Trade Desk, and more. One of Heather’s passions is bringing digital work to community-based organizations that would not otherwise have access; she founded and managed a pro bono program to do just that.

When she’s not at her desk, you’ll find Heather paddleboarding with her husband Paul and daughter Audrey, fiber crafting, planning the next Girl Scout meeting, or walking her silly dogs Chloe and Zelda.
