We are hiring a Director of Project Management to ensure the success of all client and internal projects while driving the project management (PM) team performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes. In this role, you’ll optimize project operations, implement best practices across teams, and oversee staffing decisions to align resources with business priorities. You’ll work closely with the project management team to gather actionable client feedback, implement improvements, and identify account growth opportunities. As a leader, you’ll provide training, clear guidance, and support to ensure the PM team is engaged and performing at its best. This role also includes directly managing select strategic accounts, ensuring an excellent client experience while balancing satisfaction with business needs. Additionally, you’ll oversee monthly client invoicing to ensure accuracy and alignment.
The Position
About You
You have:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage teams, clients, and stakeholders honestly and persuasively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying solutions before they escalate.
- Confidence in driving complex discussions with clients and facilitating resolutions effectively.
- Advanced negotiation and conflict management skills.
- A strong understanding of current digital technologies and workflows.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a digital agency environment (shops that design/build digital products/sites).
You have experience with:
- Leading and mentoring PM team members with a human-centered approach.
- Allocating resources efficiently and managing risks, changes, and communications across multiple digital projects.
- Overseeing the planning, scheduling, documentation, and workflow for diverse digital deliverables.
- Balancing priorities across teams to maximize productivity and deliver results.
- Growing accounts through business-level engagement and strategic account management.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience.
