Client Strategist

3-5+ Years of Experience

Seeking a Client Strategist to drive high-level business development, shape client strategies, and serve as the lead contact for key accounts.

The Position 

We are looking to hire a Client Strategist to lead high-level business development efforts and help shape the direction of client engagement by providing insights, conducting research, and helping shape client strategies. You’ll provide strategic contributions to the business development team, influencing approaches to win new work and maintain high-quality client relationships. You’ll serve as the lead contact for key accounts, participating in high-stakes meetings and ensuring alignment between client needs and company services. With your organizational skills and attention to detail, you will lead the transition of clients from sold projects to active engagements, coordinating with project managers and account teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

About you

You have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes and provide solutions quickly
  • Sound knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • ~2 or more years of digital agency experience (shops that design/build digital products/sites)

You have experience with:

  • Performing well in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships internally and with clients
  • Preparing presentations and pitches for prospective clients
  • Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists

You care about:

  • Proactive outreach and relationship-building, and nurturing of high-potential clients
  • Long-term partnership growth
  • Keeping the sales systems, data and CRM up-to-date, clean and efficient

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience.
