Yesterday's event in Union Square was a great success! Check out what we did below:

Juneteenth (June 19th)

Savas Labs hosted Dr. William A. Darity and his co-author and wife, Kirsten Mullen, at Civic Hall in lower Manhattan. They conducted a two-part event, that began with a town hall style interactive workshop. A more in-depth discussion of their reparations initiatives and ideas in "From Here to Equality" followed.

Guests to the Town Hall were also invited to join the 2024 Celebration of Juneteenth at Carnegie Hall, through the connections of the dynamic Richard E. Pelzer II of Harlem CLX
