Digital Project Manager

Digital Project Manager

The position

We are looking to bring on a digital project manager to steward our projects to success for all stakeholders. The right candidate collaborates, communicates, and leads effectively both internally and with clients. Successful candidates generally either have a technical background with a desire to impact the full project from start to finish or have experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders. Both would be great, but regardless, an eagerness to learn is something all Savasians share. Key responsibilities include managing budget, tracking and reporting project progress, helping to identify and limit risks, and above all, owning the success of each project you manage. Expect to be deeply immersed in projects, not simply reporting on them. You will regularly assign tasks, test UX and functionality, investigate and troubleshoot issues across multiple projects in a given day. You will work closely with company leadership and a team primarily located in Durham, NC, though we have a number of team members and supporting contractors that work remotely. We are looking to fill the role in Durham, NC.

Working at Savas Labs

At Savas Labs, we prioritize a few things. We like people who are enjoyable to work with. We learn from and teach one another, and often the result is others learn as well either via blog posts, conference presentations, or social media. We dedicate time each week for self-improvement, socializing, and collaboration. We encourage a flexible work schedule so long as we uphold our commitments to one another and our clients. We value openness and encourage our team members to push and recognize the boundaries of their expertise in a given area. We are honest, yet respectful; this is not a cut-throat environment, but rather a supportive one. We take a lot of pride in the quality of our work and we work hard. We value a work/life balance that keeps us productive and happy. We like to have fun and yet take our values seriously. We greatly embrace inclusivity. You’ll like it here.
